Since having to change to a complete Allergy Friendly Diet for my children, I’ve had to learn to make practically all our food from scratch. This was a huge change for my family. The one kitchen essential that I have learned to use all the time now is Food Processors. I recently used my food processor a lot to prep zucchini from my garden to freeze for the use in bread, cookies, etc. later on. A food processor is definitely a must when working with fresh fruits and vegetables!!!
